Product Pricing
We cannot confirm the price of an item until you place your order. Sometimes your browser or Internet Service Provider (ISP) may cache our store pages outside of our control which could cause an older price to be shown. The price you see in your shopping cart and checkout pages will be deemed to be the correct and accepted price.
Delivery Estimates
Any date provided by Propsite.com with regards to the expected arrival date of an order is only an estimate and is NOT A GUARANTEE, but it is a good indicator of when you can expect your order to be shipped. Please keep in mind that we process and ship orders only during business hours from Monday through Friday. We do not process orders or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Canadian statutory holidays.
Shipping Rates
Your shipping cost is calculated at the time of checkout. The shipping cost is dependant on the destination, the quantity and the weight of the items you ordered. You will have the opportunity to review shipping charges before you are required to finalize and submit your order.
All orders are shipped from Canada. Orders shipped outside of Canada can get delayed at the customs at the destination country, so please allow for up to one week beyond the expected date of arrival before following up with us or ranking our performance.
Undeliverable Packages
A shipment may be returned to us as undeliverable.
- This could happen because the address provided to us is incorrect. In this case we would refund the amount of the product excluding the shipping charges.
- This could happen as a result of a failed delivery attempt. It is your responsibility to act upon any delivery notice provided to you which requires you to go to your local post office or carrier's outlet for pickup.
- This could happen where a recipient is not expecting, and refuses, the shipment.
If you suspect that your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after four (4) weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us using one of the methods outlined on our CONTACT page.
Taxes
The following taxes may apply to your order:
For orders being shipped in Canada, the Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be charged.
For orders being shipped in the Canadian province of Ontario, the Provincial Sales Tax (PST) will also be charged.
For all other regions, no sales taxes will be applied.
Customs Charges
All products are shipped from Canada. Propsite.com does not charge any custom duties on International shipments. But due to the border-crossing, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These taxes are levied once your shipment reached your country. Additional charges for customs clearance may also be incurred by the shipping carrier and passed on to you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country we recommend that you should contact your local customs office if you have any additional questions. Additionally, when ordering from the Propsite.com store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Neither Propsite.com nor its partners can be held responsible for international taxes or levies charged for your order.
Changes to Your Existing Order
If you wish to make changes to an order before it has shipped, please contact us using one of the methods outlines on our CONTACT page. Since we process orders soon after they are placed in order to ship them to you as fast as possible, there is a very short window in which the orders can be modified, if at all. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it is impossible to locate and make changes to any order due to the volume of order we ship each day.
Please note that requested order changes will be made at the discretion of the Propsite.com store staff. During certain periods we may not be able to make any changes in time due to the volume and nature of orders. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of an order before you finalize and submit the order in the check out process.
Returns Policy
In order to keep our prices as low as possible ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are unable to exchange items or offer you a refund for any reason other than if the products you received are damaged, defective or incorrect.
We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images on the site are correct. If you have any questions about a product, please e-mail (contact@propsite.com) us before ordering.
When you place your order, you are entering into a contractual agreement for your order and we will proceed with charging your indicated payment method and delivering the products and/or services.
If the product you receive is remarkably different than what we advertised on Propsite.com, please contact us.
It will be at the sole discretion of Propsite.com to determine if you will be able to return the product for refund or exchange.
However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item we ask that you:
- contact us using one of the methods outlined above;
- we will investigate the issue and send you a "Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA)" number;
- we then need you to carefully package the item for return, including the RMA number;
- send the item to the address provided above.
After processing the return, we'll send you a fresh copy of the defective item or correct item as fast as we can.
